Davit Gholijashvili - Legal Advisor
Davit Gholijashvili joined Rights Georgia in July 2025 as a Legal Advisor within the UNHCR-funded project supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and persons with humanitarian status in Georgia.
He brings strong expertise in constitutional law and human rights, gained through several years of service at the Constitutional Court of Georgia, including as Senior Legal Assistant to a Judge and as a Senior Legal Adviser in the Court’s Research Department. His professional background also includes teaching experience at Batumi State University.
Davit holds a Master’s degree in Transitional Justice from the Geneva Academy (full Hans Wilsdorf Foundation scholarship) and a Bachelor of Law from Tbilisi State University.
