Project Title: Improving the Rule of Law and Access to Justice for All – Phase II

Project Supporter: United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with funding from the German Foreign Office

Project Objectives: The project aims to assist victims of domestic and gender-based violence and other vulnerable groups in obtaining free legal aid. It also seeks to promote public awareness of legal remedies for protection against domestic violence and to improve access to justice.

Main Project Areas:

1.    Legal Support for Victims of Domestic and Gender-Based Violence – Free legal consultations, preparation of necessary legal documentation, and representation before law enforcement and judicial bodies are provided.

2.    Legal Aid for Vulnerable Groups – The project provides legal advice and assistance to individuals who are unable to access justice independently due to economic, social, or other barriers.

3.    Raising Awareness of Human Rights – Preparation of analytical materials, information cards, and blogs to inform the public about legal protection mechanisms.
