Project Goal: The particular goal of the Project is to study academic background, financial declarations and social activities of the current judges, to make judicial profiles publicly accessible, identify and reveal systemic problems as well as problems related to particular judges.
The project objectives:
1. Enable the public to know the judges better and have an insight into the current stage of judiciary
2. Make judges accountable for their conduct, detect possible ethical violations as the signs of corruption and alert proper bodies in charge of monitoring judicial discipline and judicial corruption (disciplinary bodies, investigative bodies).
3. Compel High Council of Justice to ensure that educational records of judicial candidates comply with the requirements of the law.
4. Improve quality of judicial appointments, which is a prerequisite of good administration of justice.
