With the legal assistance of “Rights Georgia” an Indian citizen obtained a study residence permit in Georgia.

"Rights Georgia" provided legal assistance to S.G., an Indian citizen, in the process of obtaining a study residence permit in Georgia. 

Following several statements submitted before the Public Service Development Agency within the ongoing administrative proceeding, on 22 January 2022, the Agency issued a decision granting S.G. a study residence permit. 

The assistance was provided by "Rights Georgia" under IOM’s project “COVID-19 and Needs of Migrants in South Caucasus”, implemented with the support of the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM).
