Ani Porchkhidze joined the team of “Rights Georgia” in March 2022.
In 2020-2021, Ani was employed as a lawyer-monitor at the Human Rights Center. Within the assigned duties, she monitored the court proceedings of cases that involved alleged political motives. Additionally, Ani has completed internships at the Chamber for Criminal Cases of the Tbilisi Court of Appeals, at the private law firm CC Legal & Advisory, and at the Training Center of Bar Association.
In 2018, Ani graduated from Ilia State University, Faculty of Law with a Bachelor of Law degree. She then obtained her Master of Law degree at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 2021.
Ani also completed an exchange program at Uppsala University (Sweden) during her undergraduate degree and at the Catholic University of Lille (France) during her graduate degree.
Ani has participated in various workshops and trainings related to human rights.
