Dimitri Nozadze joined the Rights Georgia team in November 2023.
Before starting his work at Rights Georgia, Dimitri Nozadze worked for six years at the Human Rights Center as a general specialization lawyer. His main responsibilities included providing legal consultations to citizens, preparing lawsuits and complaints, and representing and defending the interests of citizens in court.
Since 2007, Dimitri has worked as a lawyer and attorney in various organizations. From 2009 to 2017, he was a criminal defense attorney at the Tbilisi Legal Aid Service.
Dimitri earned his legal qualification in 2005. In 2006, he passed the Georgian Bar Association’s qualifying exam with a general specialization. He completed an internship at the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association.
